Abstract:
To provide a peptide glycan derivative that exhibits anti-inflammatory activity.SOLUTION: A target peptide glycan derivative is a derivative that consists of phenyl group, ribose, cysteine and arginine. The derivative exerts anti-inflammatory activity to increase keratin in a skin cell. Further, the derivative generates hydrogen gas. A method for producing the derivative consists of a process of adding branched cyclodextrin to fermentation liquid formed by fermenting a swallow nest by Bacillus natto and performing protease treatment to the liquid. The peptide glycan derivative can be used for health food, cosmetic, medicinal drug, quasi drug or plant activator.SELECTED DRAWING: None
