Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide welding equipment capable of closely joining steel pipes adjacent to each other and flat bar arranged between these steel pipes by fillet welding, and capable of achieving even shortening of a welding time.SOLUTION: There is provided semi-automatic welding equipment 1 for joining a flat bar W3 to both of a steel pipe W1 and a steel pipe W2 arrange along the steel pipe W1 by welding, the flat bar W3 being arranged between both steel pipes W1 and W2. The semi-automatic welding equipment 1 comprises a moving part 2 moving along both steel pipes W1 and W2 and two welding torches 11 and 11 which are mounted on the moving part 2 and respectively join one side edge and the other side edge of the flat bar W3 to both steel pipes W1 and W2 by fillet welding while moving together with the moving part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
