Abstract:
To provide a wire fixture for a coil which can easily and conveniently fix wire to a core in manufacture of a stator coil of an electric motor.SOLUTION: A wire fixture 30 for a coil comprises an energization mechanism 150 which causes a first substrate 36 to hold a contact member 40 which can contact wire 16 arranged in a slot 14 of a core 12, causes a second substrate 38 movable in an axial direction to the first substrate to hold a substrate side backup member 42, an intermediate backup member 44 so as to radially line up with the contact member, makes one of the substrate side backup member and the intermediate backup member movable in an axial direction to the second substrate, and energizes one of them by elastic reaction force in the axial direction in order to bring the contact member into contact with the wire, and is constituted so that the second substrate is pressurized in the axial direction in order to press the wire to the core.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
