Abstract:
In a distributed winding of a stator with two winding layers using a coil (1) of a rectangular conductor, winding heads (12,13) are reshaped, so that a rotary electric machine of a small size and a high power output is obtained. A conductive wire (1) is wound in diamond shape to form a coil and the whole width of the preformed coil is displaced so as to conform to a crank shape and so as to be accomodated to the predetermined intervals of the slots (33). Afterwards the reshaped coil (5) is inserted into the slots (3) of the stator (2).
