Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric field enhancement board capable of stably enhancing emission intensity of a luminous body over a long term while suppressing the quenching of the luminous body, and also capable of improving easiness in manufacturing.SOLUTION: An electric field enhancement board (emission enhancement board 1) includes: a substrate 2; and a titanium oxide particle layer 4 formed on a surface of the substrate 2 and constituted by a plurality of nanoparticle bodies (titanium oxide nanoparticle bodies 3) comprising titanium oxide. The titanium oxide particle layer 4 is configured to generate a localized electric field when being irradiated with light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
