To provide a sensor device which can surely specify the time when a river or the sea reaches a dangerous water level while suppressing cost to be low.SOLUTION: A sensor device 1 includes: an ultrasonic sensor 2 for measuring the time until reflection waves H of ultrasonic waves P reflected by a measurement object are received after the ultrasonic waves P have been transmitted, and transmitting information on the time to the outside; and a support 4 for supporting the ultrasonic sensor 2 so that the ultrasonic sensor 2 is positioned above a water level of a river or the sea. The ultrasonic sensor 2 is mounted on the support 4 so that the ultrasonic waves P move toward the water level of the river or the sea.
