Abstract:
To realize both suppression of backlash of a loose flange and easiness of rotation, in a pipe joint comprising a resin stub end and a resin loose flange.SOLUTION: An end part 12 of a pipe 10 is inserted into a pipe insertion part 31 of a resin stub end 30 of a pipe joint 13. A loose flange 40 made of a resin is rotatably fitted around an outer periphery of the stub end 30. An inner periphery of a center hole 41 of the loose flange 40 is formed with a small-diameter inner peripheral surface 41a surrounding an outer peripheral surface of a pipe insertion part 31, and a large-diameter inner peripheral surface 42a surrounding an outer peripheral surface of a flare part 32 of the stub end 30. By making a diameter of the large-diameter inner peripheral surface 42a larger than a diameter of the outer peripheral surface of the flare part 32, a second clearance CL2 is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the flare part 32 and the large-diameter inner peripheral surface 42a. A first clearance CL1 larger than the second clearance CL2 is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the pipe insertion part 31 and the small-diameter inner peripheral surface 41a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
