Abstract:
To disclose a construction method for hoop cable free suspended lattice shell structures.SOLUTION: This method includes a step in which overall modeling and simulation calculations are performed with computers for a hoop cable-free suspended lattice shell construction, a step of temporarily installing a jig at the construction site, a step for hanging down the roof, a step to mount a second strut to the outer ring roof, a step for deploying an intermediate hoop cable and an outer hoop cable on the ground, a step of mounting the intermediate hoop cable and the outer hoop cable to the outer ring roof, a step of removing fixed connection between the jig and the roof and a step to tension the cable system. The inner hoop cable, the intermediate hoop cable, and the outer hoop cable receive force individually from each other. Therefore, if a particular cable breaks, other cables can be prevented from being broken, thus improving the stability of the hoop cable-free suspended lattice shell structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
