Abstract:
To improve the efficiency of the inspection work and evaluate the deterioration state at a uniform standard when inspecting the deterioration state of a partial discharge prevention material of a stator coil of a generator.SOLUTION: A generator inspection apparatus comprises: an imaging device which captures an image of a surface of a stator coil of a generator; and an inspection unit which inspects the state of a partial discharge prevention material on the surface of the stator coil on the basis of the imaging result of the imaging device. The inspection unit quantitatively determines the deterioration state of the partial discharge prevention material on the surface of the stator coil by applying image processing to time-series image data imaged while moving the imaging device along the surface of the stator coil for each duct of the stator coil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
