Abstract:
PURPOSE:To carry out indication concerning dried bean curd, by planographic printing of a letter, figure, etc., on the surface of a spongy bean curd after dehydration treatment and drying the bean curd to fix the printing. CONSTITUTION:Dried bean curd is dehydrated and the surface of the spongy bean curd is subjected to planographic printing of a letter, figure, etc., with, e.g. natural dyestuff ink. The bean curd is then dried also for fixing the printing to afford the aimed dried bean curd.
