Abstract:
PURPOSE:To clearly extract the internal image at a desired depth of an object to be inspected, by aligning two transmission images so that the corresponding parts of the object to be inspected coincide and mutually subtracting the transmission images being aligned. CONSTITUTION:A first transmission image showing a first superposition state of contact surfaces L1, L2 is constituted of the superposition of the transmission image part alphacorresponding to the state of the surface L1 and the transmission image part betacorresponding to the state of the surface L2. In a second transmission image showing the second superposition state of the surfaces L1, L2, the transmission image parts alpha1, beta1 generate positional shift on an image pickup tube 13. Then, when the first display transmission image is moved horizontally toward the second transmission image and parts beta, beta1 are allowed to coincide with each other, subtraction image data of positional shift corresponding to the crescent transmission images m1, m2 is generating between parts alpha, alpha1. When the parts alpha, alpha1 coincide, subtraction image data of positional shift corresponding to crescent transmission images M1, M2 is generated between the parts beta, beta1. Herein, the angle of inclination of the image pickup tube 13 is set so as to reduce the quantity of positional shift.
