Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent misunderstanding and erroneous operations of customers, by installing a voice generating device which gives a guidance to customers by means of voice in addition to a guidance display. CONSTITUTION:At a customer operating panel section 30, a screen 40, on which various guidance words are written, is wound round roll 41a-41h, and prescribed guidance words are displayed in a display window 16. A voice guidance to be flowed to a loudspeaker 49 is generated at a recorded message reproducing device 49' using a floppy disk. The position of the reproducing head of the floppy disk device 49' is designated by a signal 71s given from a control system. The voice guidance which is less in number of kinds than the guidance recorded on the screen 40 for guidance display is recorded on the disk.
