PURPOSE: To improve the productivity of the captioned bulb and to enhance the accuracy thereof, by perfectly automating all the processes from carrying in 3 parts, that is, a funnel, a neck tube, and a pannel of the captioned bulb up to taking out a sealed bulb and moreover transferring them to the next process.
CONSTITUTION: A funnel F mounted on the carriage of a conveyer is carried in and chucked by a transfer 14 with its small opening part facing downward. This transfer 14 horizontally moves on a rail 40, and at the same time makes an up and down movement by means of an elevator mechanism 16. Namely, by the pawl 15 of the transfer 14 the funnel F is nipped from the outside of the opening part and chucked, then the transfer 14 is elevated by the elevator mechanism 16, then shifted on the rail 40 toward the direction of an arrow 6, and transferred on a neck-tube sealing machine. When the funnel F and the neck-tube N are set in the neck tube sealing machine, the both rotate synchronously, a gas-burner 24 turns toward the direction of an arrow C and heats the both to weld hermetically each other.
