USE: Medicine. An antithrombus agent having low toxicity, exhibiting excellent blood platelet coagulation inhibiting action and useful in prevention and treatment for cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism, peripheral arterial obstruction, peripheral venous obstruction, etc.
PREPARATION: For example, a compound expressed by formula II is subjected to dehalogenation reaction with a halogenated alkyl derivative expressed by formula III (X is Cl, Br or I) in a solvent in the presence of a dehydrohalogenation agent to provide the compound expressed by formula I.
