PURPOSE: To find the error or transmission information at the early stage by reporting the abnormality of communication to a transmitter or presenting information, where the abnormality of communication occurs, before the registration processing to a data base in a reception equipment.

CONSTITUTION: A control processing part 24 of a reception equipment 4 checks the occurrence of a failure of communication or an error in information at the time of receiving a transmission information frame 50 and requests retransmission to a transmission equipment 1 in the case of detection of the failure or the error. When the frame 50 is normally transmitted, the processing part 24 drives a comparison operation part 25 to conduct the same prescribed operation as information of a basic information field 51 in the equipment 1 and compares the operation result with contents of an operation result field 53 or the frame so. If they don't coincide with each other, contents or the field 51 is inversely operated, and the result is returned to the equipment 1 as information of an inverse operation field 63 of a return information frame 60. Thus, the error of communication information occurring in equipments 1 and 2 is detected.
