Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily clean the surface of abrasive pellets without shaving it by separating a dirt component stuck to the surface of the abrasive pellets by stirring it with a stirring device, gradually dropping the abrasive pellets, for which the stain components is separated, from a drop control member together with the stain component and collecting only the stain component into a dust collecting part.
CONSTITUTION: Abrasive pellets α are supplied through a take-in member 10 to a stock part A stirred by a stirring part 40, and a stain component β stuck to the surface of the abrasive pellets is separated. The abrasive pellets α, for which the stain component is separated, is gradually dropped through the holes of a drop control plate 30 together with the stain components β and the stain component β is attracted through a net body 50 and collected into a dust collecting part 50. The abrasive pellets α, for which the stain component βis removed, is collected to an ejecting member 80 together with the overflowing abrasive pellets α, ejected from the ejecting member 80 and supplied to the horizontal grinding part of the grinding device again.
