Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten the time for processing and assembly works via the application of simple constitution and easily change the return position of a thread by reducing high shoulders at the end of a package and a ribbon.
CONSTITUTION: The first rotor 10 is fitted with three vanes 12-1 to 12-3, and the second rotor 15 with two vanes 17-1 and 17-2, respectively in such a way that each vane comes to equally divided positions on a rotary plane. Each rotational center of the first and second rotors 10 and 15 is so set that the rotational angle of the first rotor 10 becomes 60 degrees, and the rotational angle of the second rotor 15 becomes approximately 90 degrees respectively at a rotating process from the contact of one vane with a thread until the departure thereof from the thread after the travel thereof along a thread guide 20. Also, constitution is so made that a speed ratio between the first and second rotors 10 and 15 becomes 2 to 3.
