To provide an absorber product which is improved in the absorption speed and diffusion speed of discharged body fluid.

This absorber product has a liquid permeable front surface sheet which exists on an inner side in a wearing state, a leakproof back sheet which exists on an outer side and an absorber body which is interposed between the liquid permeable front surface sheet and the leakproof back sheet. A bottom acquisition layer which temporarily stores the absorbed fluid not absorbed by the absorber body is arranged in contact with the outer surface of the absorber body. This bottom acquisition layer is composed of a sheet-like material having hollow projecting parts of many three-dimensional structures and is so arranged that the projecting parts of the sheet-like material comes into contact with the absorber body. The height of the projecting parts is 0.5 to 5 mm and the density thereof is ≥1 piece/cm2.
