Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate play to ensure stability for preventing imperfect contact in a lithium battery by pressing an upper case from outside to push-down the leg part of an LED by production to contact the leg part with the electrode of a lithium battery for lighting the LED.
CONSTITUTION: When the upper part outside of an upper case 3 is pressed by a finger, etc., the wall surface of the upper case 3 is recessed to an inner side to move downwardly a production 16 projected in a space part 15 to press the part of the leg part 9 of an LED 7. This contacts the tip part of the leg part 9 of the LED 7 with the + pole of a lithium battery 4 by an insulating pipe 11 engaged with the leg part 9 of the LED 7. At that time, the leg part 10 of the LED 7 is formed in a condition where the leg part 10 is energized on the lithium battery 4 side always by the elasticity of a hollow pipe 14 engaged with a groove 13 formed on the retaining part 5 of a lower case 2 to maintain a condition where the leg part 10 is contacted with the - pole of the lithium battery 4. Consequently the contact of the tip part of the leg part 9 of the LED 7 with the + pole of the battery 4 flows a current into the LED 7 to cause the emission of the luminous part of the LED 7.
