Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acid treatment device designed to conduct an acid treatment of a laver net smoothly by bringing a chemical solution into sufficient contact with the laver net.
SOLUTION: The whole system is designed to reap laver attached to a laver net on a working vessel. In this case, an acid treatment tank 7 for acid treatment of the laver net is set up along a guide member 4, and on the upper surface of the tank 7, a washing surface 73 is provided so as to pass the laver net in close proximity thereto. A feed channel 721 and a carriage pump each to feed the chemical liquid in a chemical tank 70 are connected to one end of the washing surface 73 in the long direction of the vessel, and a port is provided to spout the chemical liquid onto the washing surface 73 nearly uniformly in its width direction, while a discharge channel 71 through which the chemical liquid is to be discharged from the tank 7 is connected to the other end. The washing surface 73 is provided throughout with guide grooves 730 extending in the long direction of the vessel.
