Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an active matrix substrate having a wired part with low resistance which can prevent signal delay on wires and can be stably used.
CONSTITUTION: Signal leads 14 formed on the substrate have partly a three-layer structure. The lowermost layer 14c consists of Al having low resistance, while the uppermost layer 14a consists of metal of high meting point. The intermediate layer 14b consists of an alloy of Al and the high melting point metal.
