Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a low manufacturing cost and restrain swelling in the radial direction at the time of operation, insofar as possible.
SOLUTION: In this actuator being equipped with an almost cylindrical outer wall part 2, a partition wall part 1 formed on the inside of this outer wall part so as to extend in the radial direction, and three pressure chambers 3a, 3b and 3c being surrounded by this partition wall part and the outer wall part and formed so as to extend in the axial direction, wall thickness of at least one side of the outer wall part of the pressure chamber or the partition wall part in the pressure chamber is varied on a cross section of this actuator.
