Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize flexible and efficient multicast communication at the time of multiple address communication with a part of devices when the logical unit addresses of all device groups are obtained.
SOLUTION: A transmission address arithmetic part 110, a unit address management table 210 storing a self logical unit address and the addresses of the other logical units, an address storage part 130 having a management table 220 storing a unit group name showing the group of the units which can realize multicast communication, a device name constituting the unit group name and a group address calculated in the transmission address arithmetic part 110 if necessary, and a management part 120 receiving a transmission indication, giving the transmission destination address as a packet header and the self unit address, if necessary, to data and indicating the reception of the packet addressed to the self device are provided. A received address identification part 140 receiving the address of the transmitted packet, providing an address filtering mask and judging whether the packet is addressed to the self device or not and a transmission/reception part 150 transmitting/receiving data with a network are provided.
