Abstract:

To provide a technique for producing an energy-saving type asphalt mixture reducing an environmental load and to provide a technique for effective utilization (recycling) of papermaking sludge.

The energy-saving type asphalt mixture reducing the mixing temperature is produced. For the production, an additive for providing an asphalt mixture mixed at an intermediate temperature consisting essentially of artificial zeolite produced from the papermaking sludge and having crystal voids is added during mixing and production.
