Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance the adsorption and separation capacities for gas of an adsorptive structural body by pressurizing and molding a mixture contg. 0.05W0.2pt.wt. adsorbent (for 1pt.wt. regenerative agent), the regenerative agent and a pore forming agent and thereafter removing the pore forming agent contained in the molded form.

CONSTITUTION: A regenerative agent, a pore forming agent and 0.05W0.2pt.wt. adsorbent for 1pt.wt. regenerative agent are mixed and this mixture is pressurized and molded. Then an adsorptive structural body excellent in heat transfer properties is obtained by heating and calcining the mixture at the temp. not higher than m.p. of the pore forming agent and thereafter heating it at the temp. not lower than m.p. of the pore forming agent and not higher than m.p. of the regenerative agent to melt (volatilize) it and removing the pore forming agent contained in the molded form. The obtained adsorptive structural body is made to a structure having pores 3 in which the adsorbents 1 are stuck on the surface of the regenerative agent 2 and both expansion and contraction can be absorbed in the inside of the regenerative agent. As the regenerative agent, metal having conductivity such as copper of about 340Kcal/ mhr.C° thermal conductivity is preferably used.
