This advance payment gift certificate issue management system is provided with: a primary issue processing means for adding advance payment gift certificate identification information to the mount of the advance payment gift certificate; a secondary issue processing means for receiving the advance payment gift certificate identification information and issue store identification information read by a store terminal for the advance payment gift certificate for which secondary issue processing has been performed and recording predetermined information in an advance payment gift certificate master recording means; an advance payment gift certificate use processing means for receiving information added from the store terminal to the advance payment gift certificate and information to identify the store where the advance payment gift certificate has been used, recording the information of the use store in the advance payment gift certificate master recording means and recording the predetermined information in the advance payment gift certificate transaction recording means; and an inter-store sales correction processing means for performing the correction processing of sales by the advance payment gift certificate to sales data based on the recorded information.
