To provide an aerosol composition which is suitable for injecting oil components using an aqueous medium, and to provide an aerosol product which can uniformly inject an oil component-containing stock solution as fine spray particles.

An aerosol composition comprises a stock solution comprising an oil-in-water emulsion wherein a dispersion particle comprising an oil component is dispersed in an aqueous medium, and a propellant comprising a compressed gas. Preferably, the dispersion particle has an average particle size of from 0.01 to 1.0 μm. An aerosol product is prepared by filling the above- mentioned aerosol composition in an aerosol vessel equipped with an injection valve apparatus and a pressure-resistant vessel. Here, the injection valve apparatus has an actuator based on a mechanical break-up mechanism.
