Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent and method for surface processing, a metal welding ball preventing blackening.
SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps of dissolving a special material in normal hexane solvent under room temperature, adjusting it to an appropriate temperature, dipping a certain screen cylinder in the solvent, blow-drying the solvent applied to the surface of the screen cylinder by hot air, filling the metal welding ball in the cylinder, and sending it to stem plating machine, blowing normal hexane steam to the screen cylinder under appropriate temperature, and blow-roasting the metal welding ball to avoid blackening of the ball, improving the phenomenon of failure in welding or ball loss due to blackish metal welding ball due to conventional ball grid array method.
