Abstract:
To efficiently execute aging processing for MIM driving elements of the like loaded an active matrix driving type liquid crystal panel.
A circuit 200 for aging MIM driving elements 20 loaded on a liquid crystal display panel 10 together with scanning lines 12 and data lines 14 so as to control the switching of pixel electrodes is provided with a scanning signal generation circuit 210 for generating pulse-like scanning signals VS to respective scanning lines 12 at the frequency of twice or more in a prescribed vertical scanning period TV and a data signal generation circuit 220 for generating pulse-like data signals VD for turning on respective elements 20 to respective data lines 14 synchronously and cooperatively with scanning signals.
