Abstract:
To provide an air conditioner centralized control device for decreasing a fluctuation range of a room temperature and achieving power saving by controlling a set temperature of an air conditioner.SOLUTION: A server 1 communicably connected to an air conditioner 3 includes air conditioner centralized control device means of calculating a difference between a room temperature near an installation site of the air conditioner 3, and a set temperature of the air conditioner 3, specifying an optimum room temperature on the basis of an outdoor temperature and humidity related to a building installed with the air conditioner 3, changing a set temperature of the air conditioner 3 by adding the difference to the set temperature of the air conditioner 3 when the room temperature is low to the specified optimum room temperature, and changing the set temperature of the air conditioner 3 by subtracting the difference from the set temperature of the air conditioner 3 when the room temperature is high to the specified optimum room temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
