To provide an air conditioning control device capable of eliminating the necessity of past behavior data of a user, attaining an air environment suitable for receiving the user before an air-conditioning target space is used and maintaining comfort also after start of the use.SOLUTION: An air conditioning control device includes: an air-conditioning control section 21 controlling an operation of an air-conditioning apparatus 30 air-conditioning a target space; an information acquisition section 22 acquiring at least one of information on a current position and movement of a prospective user of the target space or information on use schedule of the target space; and a scheduled start time specification section 23 specifying scheduled use start time of the target space on the basis of the information acquired by the information acquisition section 22. The information acquisition section 22 further acquires environmental information on the target space. In regard to the operation of the air-conditioning apparatus 30, the air-conditioning control section 21 performs first control until the scheduled use start time and second control after the scheduled use start time. The air-conditioning control section 21 determines contents of the first and second controls in accordance with the environmental information on the target space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
