Title:
AIR MIX DOOR OPENING CONTROL DEVICE OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3792838
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mix door opening control device of an air-conditioning system for vehicle to compatibly secure the excellent converging responsiveness to converge the opening of an air mix door to the target value and the excellent converging accuracy when the temperature deviation is generated by changing the set temperature while the weight of the system is reduced, and the system cost is reduced by the LAN between an amplifier and an actuator.
SOLUTION: An air conditioner amplifier unit (h) is connected to a plurality of door actuators d, e, f, g through one communication line (i) to sequentially transmit the target stop position data of each door according to the predetermined location, a judgment is made whether the door is on the open side or on the closed side according to the positive/negative value of the temperature deviation, and in determining the present target door opening, a target door opening determining means h3 is provided in which the magnitude of the temperature deviation is judged in a range of a plurality of steps not less than two steps, and the value of the prescribed opening to be added to or subtracted from the previous target door opening as the judged step of the temperature deviation is higher.
