Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air switching unit used for a plate fogging preventer, which exhibits good responsiveness, good air cutting properties and can effectively prevent plate fogging.
SOLUTION: The air switching unit has a main body, an air supply port, an air discharge port, an air delivery port, a first disk, a second disk, an air chamber and a rotary drive means. The main body comprises a front side wall body, a rear side wall body and an intermediate member with its both sides closed with both side wall bodies and its inside being cylindrical space. The air supply port is provided at the front side wall body, the air discharge port at the rear side wall body, and the air delivery port at the intermediate member. The first disk is moved by axial rotation to open/close the air supply port between the air supply port and the air chamber, while the second disk by the axial rotation to open/close the air discharge port between the air chamber and the air discharge port.
