PURPOSE: To provide a phosphate-free aluminosilicate built detergent bleach composition comprising a detergent-active material, a builder, a polyphosphonate compound, an inorganic peroxide compound and a peroxy benzoic acid bleach precursor in a specific ratio, having excellent detergency and active at a low temperature.
CONSTITUTION: The aluminosilicate built detergent bleach composition comprising (A) 5 to 40 wt.% of a detergent-active material, (B) 15 to 40% of a water- insoluble aluminosilicate cation exchange material as a main builder, (C) 0.5 to 3% of a polyphosphonate compound of formula I wherein R1 represents (water-soluble salt of) CH2PO3H2; m is from 0 to 2, (D) 5 to 35% of an inorganic peroxide compound, and (E) 1 to 10% of a peroxy benzoic acid bleach precursor of formula II, wherein X represents hydrogen atom, NO2, an alykyl group having from 1 to 4 C, a chlorine atom or a bromine atom; Y represents H, CO2-H+, SO3-M+, SO4-M+, NO2, a Cl or a Br (wherein M is a water-soluble cation).
