To provide an aluminum paper foil-based pressure-sensitive adhesive tape which has no occurrence of a large number of fine and lateral wrinkles on the aluminum foil surface when producing the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape and carrying out the application work, has no occurrence of any peeling sound at the time of unwinding the aluminum paper foil-based pressure-sensitive adhesive tape when carrying out the application work, and has sufficiently an adhesiveness to an adherend and a lapping ability to the self back surface.
The aluminum paper foil-based pressure-sensitive adhesive tape using an aluminum paper foil as the tape base material, is provided at the aluminum foil surface of the one side with an undercoat layer of a shellac back surface treating agent and furthermore at the upper surface thereon with a coat layer of a silicone-based releasant, and is provided at the paper surface of the other side with a pressure-sensitive adhesive coat.
