Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an analgesic antiphlogistic agent containing a specific 1,3- oxazine derivative as an effective component.
CONSTITUTION: Capsule, tablet, solution, etc., containing 4,4,6-trimethyl-2-[2'- (2",6"-dichloroanilino)benzyl]-5,6-dehydro-1,3-oxazine or its pharmacologically acceptable salt as an effective component, and proper carriers or diluents.
EFFECT: Excellent analgesic and antiphlogistic activity; low toxicity; no detrimental effect against the mucosa of digestive tracts.
