Abstract:
To provide an analog arithmetic circuit capable of performing a power operation as one purpose.
The analog arithmetic circuit includes RC circuit parts 10 and 20, a comparator 16, and a sample and hold circuit comprising a switch S3, a capacitor C2 and a terminal 24. The comparator 16 turns off the switch S3 when voltage e1(t) of the RC circuit part 10 coincides with threshold voltage VT.
