To provide a unit, system and method for information processing, and a program, capable of efficiently storing data for display.
The information processing unit includes: a receiving section for receiving a magnetic field signal; a first memory for storing the data for display included in the magnetic field signal, and data conversion information to convert the data for display into information displayable on a display unit; a readout section for reading out the data for display and the data conversion information, stored in the first memory; a detection section for detecting a carrier wave in the vicinity of the receiving section; a switch-over control section for switching the connection target of the first memory to the receiving section when the carrier wave is detected in the detection section, and for controlling the switch-over section to switch the connection target of the first memory to the readout section when the carrier wave is not detected in the detection section; a second memory for storing the data conversion information read out by the readout section; and a display control section for displaying information on the display unit after converting the readout data for display using the data conversion information stored in the second memory.
