To provide an information processing unit, information processing method and program, capable of reducing the number of information transmission and reception times, when performing information processing based on command information from a processing request section.
The information processing unit includes: an information processing section 110 for performing information processing based on the command information after receiving the command information; a memory section 125 for storing identification information for collation in advance, being identical to identification information unique to the information processing section; a processing request section 120 for sending both the identification information for collation, stored in the memory section, and the command information to the information processing section; and an identification information decision section 110 for deciding whether or not the identification information for collation coincides with the identification information unique to the information processing section. When the identification information decision section decides the identification information for collation coincides with the identification information unique to the information processing section, the information processing section performs the information processing based on the command information.
