PURPOSE: To obtain a small-size and low-cost angle detector featuring an easy manufacture by plating the magnetic path pattern of an optional form onto the surface of the nonmagnetic disk for magnetization and then detecting the magnetic path pattern with the magnetism-sensitive element.
CONSTITUTION: The magnetic film is formed on the single surface of sidk 5a to detect the angle pulse. For the magnetic film, projection parts 1c and 1d corresponding to the angle positions are formed alternately toward magnetic gap 1e from magnetic films 1a and 1b. And the N and S poles are arrayed alternately via parts 1c and 1d. Then magnetism-sensitive element 5f is fixed on space A-A'. While the magnetic pattern and magnetism-sensitive element 5K are provided on the other surface of disk 5a to obtain the reference pulse. The patterns of these films can be formed easily and with a high accuracy on the surface of the nonmagnetic material through the photo printing and plating. Thus a small-size and low-cost angle detector featuring an easy manufacture can be obtained.
