PURPOSE: To provide a means to change over smoothly to unscheduled cutting work by making two long slits on a dial panel and pressing a slider against a stopper volt not in use without making adjustment to another stopper volt being used.

CONSTITUTION: When unscheduled cutting of different type of pipe in large quantity is required while being engaged in other cutting work, angular cutting of the pipe other than two angles cutting originally set can be performed by positioning a slider 19 in contact with a stopper bolt 11 set at the desired position in an inside long slit 10 and tightening a handle 20 to secure the slider 19 to a guide member 14 without requiring adjustment of stopper volts 11' set in an outside long slit 9 used for two angular cuttings originally intended.
