In the radio base station equipped with the plurality of antenna elements, a terminal current position calculating means 115 is provided with a terminal position information acquiring means 113 and a terminal mobility information acquiring means 111 estimates the current position of a mobile terminal on the basis of current position information on the mobile terminal and mobility information on the mobile terminal to calculate the current position of the mobile terminal moving at high speed with high precision, and reads the weighting coefficient of an antenna calculated for a mobile terminal moving at low speed to perform antenna control enabling beam tracking to the mobile terminal moving at high speed.
