Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient antenna of a compact size by providing a print dipole, a matching circuit network and a frequency control circuit.
SOLUTION: A radiation element on an upper face and a radiation element on a lower face constitute a dipole. The dipole is connected to a matching circuit network 18. The matching circuit network 18 contains a capacitor, having a first electrode 19 arranged on the upper face of a substrate and a second electrode, arranged on the lower face of the substrate. The matching circuit 18 contains an inductor 21, which is arranged on the upper face of the substrate, connected to the capacitor and which can be controlled. The inductor 21 preferably contains copper-made strips 22-24. The strips 22-24 are connected to a conductor 21a of the inductor circuit, by arbitrary selection and the inductance of the inductor 21 can be controlled. When the end part of the strip 22 is connected, for example, the alternate route for lower impedance is supplied instead of a route supplied by the strip 21a, and most part of a circuit current flows in the route.
