Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic thread fastening machine capable of preventing the duplicated supply of screws.
SOLUTION: A thread fastening machine comprises a driver bit capable of reciprocation by the operation of a first cylinder 3 and rotating by the driving of a motor 6 and a screw guide 11 capable of moving integrally with the driver bit and reciprocating in the axial direction of the driver bit. The screw guide is formed so that it can be moved by the operation of the second cylinder 26. Also, an air sucking device 16 and an air ejection device 17 are connected to the screw guide 11 through a directional control valve 15 so that a changeover between sucking and ejection of air can be performed from the tip end of the screw guide 11.
