Title:
ANTITUMOR WATER-IN-OIL TYPE EMULSIFIED COMPOSITION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011121932
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To solve problems that, in relation to superficial and unresectable tumors, tumor tissues are anchored, and unexpectedly, their proliferation is often slow, thus administration of anticancer agents seeking a target material related to proliferation is almost nonsense, and so there is no choice but to thoroughly remove them by an external medicine, but preparations traditionally used in such cases includes Mohs paste, the Mohs paste is a conservative therapy against superficial and unresectable tumors which was developed by Dr. Mohs in America in 1941, its action mechanism is precipitation through bond of zinc chloride of a main ingredient with a protein by a zinc ion, Mohs paste currently prepared in Japanese hospitals includes 40% of zinc chloride, a zinc oxide starch powder, glycerol, water or the like, which are water-soluble and highly flowable, therefore naturally, the preparation also allows treatment, but caution should be exercised in sufficient application of vaseline to a surrounding area, management of pains or the like, even so, there have been many cases that treatments must be discontinued in mid-course due to pains.

A hydrocarbon such as a paraffin and a stearic acid, a fatty acid, an emulsifier, and the like are added at less than 50% of the total to prepare an emulsion-type composition having an oil layer outside, thereby pains are reduced, it can be used everyday and become safe for medical staffs who are users.
