Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for frozen dessert food supply with which a fan lock caused by adhesion of frozen dessert food to a cock cooling fan can be prevented.
A door 27 is equipped with an air route 28 for cooling a cock pipe 25. An air vane plate 30 rotatable so as to guide cold air in an air route and to clog the air route when frozen dessert food is flown back in the air route is provided on the downstream of a fan 29 for sending cold air to the air route. A fan lid 41 which is linked to the inclination of a cylinder 23, covers the fan 29 in an inclusion position and opens the fan at a standing position is installed in the vicinity of the fan 29.
