PURPOSE: To execute shaking out during conveying process for a casting and to prevent damage of the casting by pressing a mold toward a hanger fixed with a hanger holding part, holding a sprue in the casting in the mold on the hanger and applying vibration to the casting.
CONSTITUTION: The mold B conveyed with a mold conveying means 10 is pushed to the hanger 5 fixed with the hanger holding part 13, with a mold pushing part 11. By this pushing, the sprue part A' in the casting A in the mold B is held on the hanger 5. The hanger 5 holding the casting A is brought into contact with an exciting part 33 shifted by a shifting means 34, 37, and under this condition, this is vibrated by an exciting means 31. An auxiliary endless chain conveyor mechanism 1' receives the hanger 5 holding the casting A from a main endless chain conveyor mechanism 1 through shifting means C and during conveying with this auxiliary endless chain conveyor mechanism 1', the shot blasting treatment (c) is executed and after that, this is again shifted to the main endless chain conveyor mechanism 1 through a shifting means c1.
