Title:
DIELECTRIC PORCELAIN COMPOSITION FOR HIGH FREQUENCY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3285759
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compsn. giving dielectric porcelain having a low relative dielectric constant of ≤28 and a temp. coefft. of resonance frequency in the range of ±21ppm/°C as well as a practical high no-load Q value of ≥3,000.
SOLUTION: A compsn. represented by the formula BaO.xTiO2.yZnO [where (x) and (y) show molar ratio, 3.2≤x≤5.7 and 1.4x-4.48<y≤1.4x-3.7] is prepd. and aluminum oxide and manganese oxide are incorporated into 100 pts.wt. of the compsn. by 0.5-1.0 pt.wt. and 0-2.5 pts.wt., respectively, in the case of 3.2≤x≤4.3, 0-1.5 pts.wt. and 2-2.5 pts.wt., respectively, in the case of 4.3<x≤4.7, 0.5-1.5 pts.wt. and 0-2.5 pts.wt., respectively, in the case of 4.7<x≤5.3 and 0.5-1.0 pt.wt. and 0-1.5 pts.wt., respectively, in the case of 5.3<x≤5.7.
