An apparatus for manufacturing the liquid crystal display panel has a plurality of vacuum chamber units (a heating and ventilation treatment chamber 14, a sticking unit 15, hot press chambers 19 and 20 and the like) for performing a step for sticking two substrates where a liquid crystal is dropped and further has at least one vacuum conveyance chamber 12 and 17 having an outside form of a square in planar view and having robots 13 and 18 performing conveying-in and conveying-out to the vacuum chamber unit in a vacuum state of an inner part. The plurality of vacuum chamber units are respectively connected to respective side surface parts of the vacuum conveyance chambers 12 and 17.
