To provide a liquid crystal display driving integrated circuit connected to a common electrode of a liquid crystal display panel, which outputs a voltage at an output terminal of the circuit for setting the common electrode in a selected or non-selected state without inputting a clock signal.
The liquid crystal display driving integrated circuit for driving a common electrode includes: an input terminal receiving a signal in a predetermined period; a control terminal receiving a control signal; an output terminal connected to the common electrode; and an electrode driving circuit to output a predetermined voltage from the output terminal on the basis of the signal in a predetermined period from the input terminal. The electrode driving circuit outputs a predetermined voltage from the output terminal when a control signal in one logic level is input to the control terminal.
